This is the perfect ironing board. I d give it five stars except that some of hardware that holds the ironing board in place needed moving before the door would close properly. The manufacturing had the iron rim hitting the joint before it could get to a 90 degree angle. All you have to do is open the latched door lower the board for set up and you re ready.

When we tried to install the item we could not get the board to fold down completely. The center has space to store an iron with starch or a water bottle. The other 2 shelves can be used to store other items such as lint brushes sewing kits or scissors. Ironing is no longer a dreaded chore with our wall mount ironing center.

The ironing board itself is stable and well padded and the enclosure is substantial with great looking unfinished wood you can paint or stain to match the décor in your room.

Very efficient use of space. It s the second one i ve had i wore the first one out and it took me 2 years to find this one.
